My mom is undergoing dialysis out at lilavati hospital since last two months. She goes through 3 dialysis a week which was earlier 1300 per dialysis and they had a rule that dialyser tube too has to be taken from them itself which is around 1400.But from 1st April they have increased the rate from 1300 to 1800 per dialysis. Straight increase of Rs 500 per dialysis. And apart from tat today when she goes to pay the dialysis money for the dialysis she had done on 29th March. The guy taking the payments I guess his name is Vikas. He said he won't take the payment until I pay 1800 where In I Hav to pay 1300. Where it was said the dialysis Wld be charged 1800 from 1st April he want us to pay 1800 for d dialysis done on 29th March.tjis is one of the example of one of the staff. There's lot of such pathetic people out there who don't even Have a common sense nor respect to anyone. They do it as if doing a favour. I know no actions would be taken against this nor anyone Wld be interested otherwise such hospitals won't have been in existence. And they say India is not tolerant. Was this information helpful? |
