I ordered three kurtas for1078 and i paid online for them.. I was charged 1078 and my account was debited of 1078.. But transaction details were sent n no order was placed.. Just one notification came... Later on an order was placed when i talked to customer care n i got this order id... Today delivery boy asked me to pay for them... I rechecked n my account has been debited of 1078... Plzz either refund my money (Which i paid on 30.06.17 by debit card) or dont ask for cash on delivery... I should not pay twice for the same products... Plzz look into the matter... We trust limeroad n we hope this matter would be sorted out n i will get y money back. Also customer care no is not available.. We face a lot of problems due to this.

    My refund amount has been transferred to LR credit as refund mode. i had not selected this LR credit option, then why transfer my money here... Kindly take my personal account details and transfer money to my personal account...other online shopping companies do offer this option then why not limeroad.
    I dont want my refund amount to be in LR credit.. So kindly do early as possible.

        I want to return the Red kurti product .As it was different from the Kurti shown in limeroad website.And I want my Rs., 540/- money back into my account .I have give the return policy to take back the product but no call is coming for returning the product.Please I want my money back .The kurti is also not much good looking .So I want the product to be returned in 2 to 5 days.

            I ordered a kurti on 27 July 2017 from your shopping site limeroad.com...product is good..fabric is also nice. But there is occurring a problem in size. I ordered kurti of l size but now I want it to be replaced with a kurti of size l...the brand of kurti is crazora..there are two kurti.. .means it is a combo of Orange and Green cotton Kurta. Product code is PC12776008/DAY 2023.these both are of rupees 1500...after discount I have bought it at a price of rupees 1050. So I want to exchange it as soon as possible...thanku

              I ordered a kurti on 27 June 2017 from limeroad.com. kurti delivered to us on today . But there is occurring a size problem.. I want a size xl instead of l size...i called to phone no. Of your site. But they are not picking our call. This is not cool.. i want to exchange this product ..please exchange it as soon as possible otherwise I will return this product.

              I returned my ordered dress 10 days back and there are no signs of my refund. I paid in cash on delivery and placed the return order the same day it was delivered.Twice the order was sent on my address even after the pickup.The worst online shopping experience. The money isn't refunded yet.

                  I purchased a pack of camisoles (3) brand - finesse from limeroad, but found it was not camisole and just an attachment cloth handkerchief size to just show that you wear one. To return it back i proceeded for it but now they say it is non-returnable non-refundable product which i found cheated. Please help
                  I already tried contacting them but they never show up for return or refund.

                    I have ordered a dress in limeroad and i received it. But they have given me a totally different one from which i oredered. I sent return request. Product has been returned and picked by delhivery on june 2, 2017. But my money has not been refunded yet. I paid cash through debit card. They have taken my money from account immediately. But refund takes this much time. Please return my money back as soon as possible

                    I returned a green Kurta Id_[protected] and it is said that refunded on 8/06/17. Till now I didn't get back money. I believe Limeroad and used.to shop more than 6000 rs in 3 months. If not refunded I 'll stop purchasing from limeroad

                        I have made an order and its order no. Is [protected] and i returned. I got the money in the form of lr credits but i have not selected this option. There is no option of transferring of money. More than 60% complaints are about this subject and none of the complaint is replied by limeroad. They are replying all but except this subject. I know that you will not reply this but this message is for public. So never use limeroad for buying anything...

                            My name is divya khanna i made an order on limeroad on[protected] of cod becos of some issue of online app i was not making payment through credit or debit card even after reinstalling the app so i called customer care for the same... They unfortunately not able to help me... And they asked that if delivery boy came and he don't have paytm i will carry full right to cancel the order which i did but i accept one order #[protected] after making payment of 348 rupees, unfortunately the size was not correct so i have to initiate the exchange on[protected] since then i called customer service multiple time they are not crediting my refund and wasting my money over phone by putting me on hold for longer than 15 mins i m really very unhappy with this. Please help i seriously lost faith on online shopping becos of this

                                Limeroad — Refund made as LR credit

                                I juz recieved an sms from limeroad which says my refund will be given on my LR credit.. I dont want my refund on my LR credit i want u to transfer the requird money on my bank account... Pliz do look forward on my request and return my money on my bank acount...                                 My refund amount has been transferred to LF credit as refund mode. I had not selected this LR credit options, then why transfer my money here.

                                Worst product and worst experience.. Why would I want your LR credit when your product is useless. I want the money back in my account.

                                How can you win customers when your product is cheap and service is worst. Better take corrective actions for that.

                                  Hi... Without my work in my account i found the one product was added in my orders on cash on delivery basis. Actually it's not my work...                                     I had ordered multi colored 100% cotton flared skirt. But i received the product and it was no where similar to the product they have pictured. Material, size and print completely different. So i returned the product. My refund amount has been transferred to lr credit as refund mode. So then again i ordered a cotton shirt on 4/5/2017. They said they will get it delivered within 4-5 days. After calling them thrice in a week it was known that the order will be reaching. But today (11/5/2017) the product still not dispatched. I am getting impatient. As the promise made wasn't fulfilled and fake promises were given time and again regarding the delivery of the product. Sellers in limeroad are fake. Most of them sell wrong products.

                                      I have oredered a product but its wrong so i refund the product. They successfully refunded and transfer my money on LR credit . I have register a complaint that i want my refund money in my bank account not in LR credit. They said that they will transfer my money account in 7 to 8 days but they till now not transferred my money in my account. This complaint i register in january 2017 but till now may 2017. They have not transffered my money in my accont and i provide full information of account but they have not transfferd and also cut my money from LR credit. I want My money back in my account.

                                      I had ordered two tops but I received only one top was delivered to me. The amount I gave to the delivery boy was of two tops as the will amount was the cost of both the tops.
