[Resolved]  Limeroad — I'm complaining because my payment was accepted but order was not placed

I tried ordering one of the product,
I paid the amount as well, payment was completed successfully, but the order couldn't be placed, due to network or app glitch I'm not sure what actually happened once the payment was made.
Now since the order is not placed i want a refund.
I tried cancelling through the GPay application but since the payment was completely done there is nothing their customer care could do about it. And after the payment Limeroad doesn't have the history of me placing an order of the product.
Kindly help me get my refund back
