[Resolved] Limeroad — Limeroad did not refund for returned product | |
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I returned a sarree on 8th August, 2020 and when I mailed for refund, I did not get any response. Upon continously sending emails after 2.5 months, now the customer care executive mailed that the product has not passed the quality check as the sent product does not match the actual product. He told that they will not process any refund. 1.I did not even tamper the product and I returned on the very next day. 2.if the product does not match the product, how will the limeroad person accept the product when he came for pickup. I returned the correct product and I am not sure whose mistake is this Please help in resolving my refund issue. Was this information helpful? | |
