[Resolved] Limeroad — Refund and very bad customer service | |||||
Hi, My name is divya khanna i made an order on limeroad on[protected] of cod becos of some issue of online app i was not making payment through credit or debit card even after reinstalling the app so i called customer care for the same... They unfortunately not able to help me... And they asked that if delivery boy came and he don't have paytm i will carry full right to cancel the order which i did but i accept one order #[protected] after making payment of 348 rupees, unfortunately the size was not correct so i have to initiate the exchange on[protected] since then i called customer service multiple time they are not crediting my refund and wasting my money over phone by putting me on hold for longer than 15 mins i m really very unhappy with this. Please help i seriously lost faith on online shopping becos of this Was this information helpful? | |||||
