[Resolved] Limeroad — Refund not processed for returned product
My order id is [protected].. I ordered 3 sarees for total rupees 6158.. I returned the sarees by reasoning that two saree quality is less and another saree is different design from what i ordered and quality is alsi not good for that price.. I placed return and after 8 days only partial amount rs. 2477 is credited in Lr credits.. Another saree is rs.3681.. I raised complaint.. They said that product not cleared quality test.. But in website it showing all the three producg quality passed and refunded.. But i received only rs.2477.. I attached all the screenshots also for reference.. Then from customer care called and said i asked y quality failed when i send as it is.. Product is different send.. I asked the picture.. She send the pic of what they send to me.. The same one i too send.. Then y the quality failed i dont know.. Please check and refund.. I bought lot before.. Nowadays price is high for all product by comparing before and offers too low.. But i have trust in this app.. First time i facing this diffulty.. Please check once again.. I dont know how to contact u people.. Ita already 12 days after return the product..

I mailed them so many times more than 20 mails in their customer service mail id and also in this consumer complaints website.. But after one week only they called and asked me the problem.. again i sumbitted all the details.. And after ten days i got my refund back.. Thank you ..
