Limeroad — to cancel the order before delivery

Hi... My order id is [protected]... My sister ordered 3 kurti tops... But i want to cancel it before delibery... Please help me to cancel... I have been trying to contact customer service entire afternoon... But i could not get through as no answer from them... If the product is delibering even after all this, i cannot pay.. Why is there option as cancel in both app and website. Kindly cancel my order as soon as possible. Thanks
