[Resolved]  Limeroad — Want to return the product

I want to return my order as the quality is really really bad and it is completely different from what was shown online.I was really shocked to see the quality of the material used.I tried to return by company's return policy but when I tried to return they showed my email id is invalid but it is not. I brought that order through this email id only.my order no is[protected]..I want to return it as soon as possible

I cancelled my order [protected] and I returned that order 1week back.but up to now they didn't refund my money back to my account. Such a worst app I have ever seen. No online site can take 10 days to refund money.but this app can't even refund money in time
