[Resolved] Limeroad — wanted a refund for unused product | |||||
Dear limeroad, I had placed an order on 21 st january 2018 - order num: 24547960i had placed an order on 21 st january 2018 and following up from last 3 months, they said the product is used and hence cannot be refunded, however to your information product was not used, it had a tag in it. I have been calling lr for last 3 months, but still response is same. When asked for dispatch they said courier charges will be applicable, i even offered that i can pick it up from their gurgaon office I called today they said they'll dispatch the product but the courier charges are applicable plus charges cannot be paid in cash, they have to we paid through paytm / transfer in lr account. First of all my i taking back my product, for that i have to pay courier charges, secondly they don't accept cash also. This is high time lime road to get professional.
