Link Intime — delete name of bank of punjab now hdfc bank. from share certificate, 33998 of cadila healthcare

I sent request you to delete name of bank of punjab from shares which is in my name & bank of cadila health care l. F. No. Cad, 026157 along with the noc from bank of punjab., after talking to madem bharti on 1st/6/2017 by speed post. Today l have a talk with her. She told me that she has put a objection after two months that pan card copy of bank of punjab is needed by her. I asked her why she didn't tell me in two months ago., this is a harresment to me. Please look into it what she was doing since long. Kindly delete name of the bank of punjab. Thanks. Jagmohan lal.
