Link Intime — Godfrey Phillips share transmission

I have been communicating with Linkintime for a few months just requesting for share transmission procedures. Hardly any response and no contact other than an automated help desk message. Godfrey Phillips is not responding to my mail but has given me names to contact at Linkintime. They are not replying to my emails. The equity shares have to be transferred on the death of the holder to the daughters. A signed document has been sent along with the death certificate along with a succession order from the high court in Bangalore. The company and the registrar are not responding or taking action despite repeated requests.
