Ratio of buyback from investors by sunpharmaceutical industries is not known. For one who is holding less than 259 shares, there is eligibility/entitlement for buyback at rs. 900, but for one who is holding more than 260 shares, the entitlement is zero. How is it possible? Again for those who r holding 11957 shares, entitlemnt is 32. Is it according to sebi guidelines?
Why deprive the other shareholders of their due entitlement?
