Dear Sir,

I have placed an order for Lion Dates through their website. But i came to know from courier that the shipper did not mention the contact number of consignee and parcel returned to shipper.
I have been sending reminders to your customer care, but still they have not replied to my email.
Came to know from DTDC courier that you have not mentioned the contact number of the consignee on AWB No. and parcel returned to Shipper.
