I have rented a property "rh145 roseland residancy, pimple saudagar, pune" which was owned by "anand deveria" and managed by "lisa homes" in february 2017. Row house was good and i was happy so far except that not all the issues raised by me during shifting were addressed but still i was fine. Due to personal reasons i have decided to move to another property. Property inspection was done in my presence and everything was found in order. I was told that i will be getting my full refund within 7 days. As per their promise i moved out of the property on 3rd june 2017. Hoping to get my refund within 7 days. I already knew that last month electricity bill and 3 days of rent would be deducted from the deposit of 80k. There was no response from lisa homs on the deposit front and after a lot of follow up on 20th june 2017 i have received a test amount of rs.101. On 21st june i had received the amount 58729, making it a total of rs.58, 830. Which comes to a deduction of rs. 21, 170.in any case that can not be equal to 3 days of rent and 12 days of electricity bill.
After so much of followup i got an excel (28 june 2017) with all the calculation on how they have arrived to this amount and to my surprise they have charged me for previous electricity bills as well, which i had already paid during my stay in the said property. It was clearly mentioned that the excel with all the calculation was prepared by the owner and approved by accounts department of lisa homes. I am not sure how they did not check such a simple thing. Anyways i have corrected the excel and shared back with them on 3rd july 2017. From then onwards i have been chasing them over e-mail and phone but there is no response from them. They have stopped receiving my calls and not responding over mail.
After all the deductions i am yet to get rs. 6, 690 from them.
I understand that this is not a very big amount but the unprofessional behavior of theirs is something forcing me to approach this forum. It is more than 1.5 months and i feel embarrassed following them up. Since lisa homes has been managing this property, it is their sheer responsibility to help me and not just extracting money from us.
I am forced to share this story with all my friends and family members specially in the vicinity so no one will take the property from them.
Pls help me if you can.

Hi my self Alok, I have taken rented Flat at Chakan- Pune through Lisa home solutions. Due to emergency I have to shifted another city, same I communicated Lisa home solutions representative, he came verified everything was OK, there's no change before and after my living. I handed over key and shifted on 3rd jun'21. As per ticket generate Nd Lisa home representative commitment, I can get my deposit within 7 days, but still I couldn't recieve my deposit. I have marked several mail to Lisa home solutions, one time they asked my account details and share my rembursement amount, I replied with my account details and suggest for genuine amount remburse, but now, Lisa home representative not replied my mail nor picking my call.
Please suggest someone, what will be next action for dealing this type of fraud consultant.
I am thinking to go consumer forum, mater is not only my deposit, in future no one should be trap this fake property consultant.
