When you approach Genovate, the first response what you get from them is we are number one training provider, you will get 100% job placement and your salary range will be anything between 4 to 7 lakhs. I had a first surprise when I got trained VLC online instead of classroom, the quality of the training was very poor and often lines were getting disconnected.

I got certified in Jan2016 but after that they dint even bother of placements( four o[censored]s completed in the same batch). When we ask them the ready made answer was last month we placed 30 candidates next month X company is looking for 25 candidates etc, same story continues month after month but you will be sit idle without any placement or interview calls. Also I never seen any company offering more than 3.5lakhs irrespective of any modules(i.e is the maximum very rare case).

I was reading one of the complaints here about the branch manager and also about the placement executive which is 100% true so I will not restate that, but if you speak to the placement executive over the phone you will not understand a single word, you will not understand which company name he is referring and branch head pretends like he is very busy person so that no body approaches him for placement issues but when new person approaches just to enquire about SAP course all will surround you like beggars.

Its same with all modules and all the candidates and I wonder why there is not much complaints here, most of the candidates after for 6 to 7 months of waiting they loose hope and continue with the present job instead SAP.
