LittleApp — my money has been debited but order not generated

I ordered VLCC massage offer for Rs 899 on 1.10.2019, the Money has been debited from my account but the order has not been generated.
The customer service isn't responding to my complaints on chats.
They have not yet refunded my money i.e rs 899, none of their customer service numbers and email addresses are working.
I wrote multiple complaints on the chat numerous times, but there has been no response.
