Living Concept And Sunder Ghar Furniture Kharadi Pune — Wrongly made product and abused and fighted with customer while taking delivery

I ordered a sofa 10 days before from living concept. The executive agreed to prepare the sofa as i told him and we finalize the deal on amount of around 50k.
He took me 10k as advance and i gave it happily becoz he was very humble and deal was done that time.

On the day of delivery i went to their shop and checked the product and it was not as i described him. I told him to rebuild it as we agreed or to return my advance.

Instead of discussion that fellow (Executive with whom the deal was final) started abusing me and he pushed me hard and said he will not return money nor he will make any adjustment on sofa. I felt very bad and said i want my money back and he started shouting and abusing.
After some time some more people from the same shop came to me and discussed about the matter.

I spoke to the owner of the shop and he also told the incident that whatever the matter is, he should never use abusing words and lifting hand to anyone of the society. Lifting hand is already a legal crime.

Owner also told me that he can't return money and finally i had to take the sofa because i already spent 10k in that deal and which is not a less amount.
But owner of the shop spoke to me politely and said sorry about whatever happened. He also ready to adjust some amount on sofa since he didn't make the sofa according to my requirement. But still the stupid fellow should never abuse and should never lift hand to any customer.

I suggest never purchase anything from these shops. They are simply gundas not the businessman.
