[Resolved] Livpure — annual service was not provided | |||
We have purchased Livpure purifier in last year April, as part of service we have requested to customer care and provided service within a year but candles replacements are not yet done. When we enquiry about the service person regarding the annual candle change they said you will get a call from Livpure and person will come and replace the candles. We have tried to reach customer care and no one has responded and no one approached us for annual service candle replacement. I have escalated to customer care then they gave service person details, we tried to reach them they said you need to purchase AMC now because one year is crossed. I had a discussion with next level people then they said we need to take approval from Livpure and will get back to you on this. Till today no one has called and there is no update till today.
