I have a Water Purifier/ RO for which I already took AMC for Rs.5000 (Sr.NoCIF3AAA1018312) .The RO Stopped working 20 Days Before Diwali (i.e 7th OCT 2019) Upon registering Complaint Vie. Ref No. JS[protected], Company didn't take any action despite making repeated calls to customer care they just said they have registered complaint will provide assistance but no one turned up . I waited helplessly but Nothing happened .

I have Send them Emails, Contacted them on twitter, facebook, instagram and even on Youtube .
Nobody from the company is interested in taking care of Clients.
Just Sell defected products extract money from clients in name of Annual maintenance and fool the Consumers.

    I purchased livepure touch2000+ in november, 2018 it is under warranty but their distributer is saying that it is not in warranty and he charged me for filter [protected]@475 but after 7days. I replied whatsoever you can charge me for the same but, they never come back to resolve it.

    For that i had logged a complain at customer care number, they told the issue will be resolved within 48 hours, now it has been more than 10days, no action has been taken yet.

    When i am trying to call the customer care number, the calls remain on hold as all the agents are busy with other callers and i never received a call back.
    Also i am trying to reach their distributer m/s. Swara enterprise but they never replied on phone as well as on whatsapp too and when i called from alternative number then he picked up the call and said that i allocated someone to fix your call on temporary basis but still i didn't receive any person nor any communication from them.
    I request you to kindly expedite this msg to your management to resolve the service and do not cheat with anyone because it's not about me but, everybody may facing the issues for the same and you may loose your customers by providing worst service in the market.

      Recently i purchased livpure water purifier from flipkart. But there was change in installation address and livpure team agreed too the installation by 20th october. But still no one contacted me and i am not able to call customer care all well. I registered complaint in livpure website, but still no response from livpure team and they will never lift the call

        I had purchased livpure ro during big billion day, however it became faulty within 10 days and as per policy it is returnable. I had filed a return request. Flipkart told that a technician will visit. But in reality nobody came. Flipkart rejected the return request stating that livpure technician gave feedback as issue resolved. However, no one came from livpure.

        Please take necessary action.

        Complaint has not been resolved till date. The incompetent, unskilled, dishonest technicians of LivPure are not giving true and actual feedback to Flipkart as the 'Product is defective/ not working' .The technicians have checked the RO purifier and has found it to be defective and then they give verbal confirmation as they will write to Flipkart or to LivPure company's portal as the product is defective. But in reality, they submit in their online portal as the 'issue resolved customer happy' And by going through this feedback, twice Flipkart has rejected my replacement request and this is the third time I have given another replacement request to Flipkart.

        PLEASE DO NOT BUY LIVPURE PRODUCTS AND DO NO TRUST THEIR DISHONEST AND FRAUD AUTHORIZED FRANCHISEES AND THEIR DISHONEST AND FRAUD AND UNSKILLED INCOMPETENT SERVICE TECHNICIANS AND THEIR DISHONEST AND FRAUD SALES MANAGER

          We have complaine on[protected] for serviceing because a loud noise is comming from Livpur RO still no one come to attended. Every time when we call on toll free number, they told us we complain it at urgent basic. They have provide the number of their Area Manager (ASM) and technicin but both of them neither attending the call nor call back. If they are not able to provide service then refund our money. We have paid them Rs. 8000/- for two years not for wait more than 20 days.

            Hi livpure team,

            I have livpure rp pep +. I had taken amc for 2 years in may 2019. Now my device needed a filter, after a lot of follow up the technician came and changed the filter, but once he left, water started leaking from the device.

            For that i had logged a complain at customer care number, they told the issue will be reslved within 48 hours, it has been more than 4 days, no action has been taken.

            When trying to call the customer care number, the call remains on hold as all the agents are busy with other callers and i never received a call back.

            When trying to contact the technician, he has been avoiding my calls, and whenever he picks up the phone, commits to a time, but never showed up.

            This is how your after sales service, you lure the customer to take amc for several years, then don't bother to service their request.

            Very bad/pathetic/worst customer service, i have ever faced.

              Hi,
              This is regarding purchase of air purifier livpure chrome from amazon 5 days back.
              Product was delivered on 30th but since last 5 days despite of registering installations and demo request. Company is unable to do the same.

              Service guy has visited twice but they are untrained and clueless on product neither they were unable to explain product or give demo.

              Pathetic experience.

              I wish to return this product and also write about this service experience on social. Media, if not resolved my issues by today eod.

                Hi livpure team,

                I have taken a liv pure smart connection and paid rs 650 on sep 6th and there was an option to return the product with in a week incase if we dont' like it (
                The water taste was so bad with high tds of 430 which is not recommended for drinking, we had a throat infection for all the family members).
                Starting from the day of installation service was horrible.
                1) installation was not done correctly, due to which there was water leakafe after 2 hours after installation and due to which the whole kitchen was filled with water and wide has fallen down and injured her head.
                2) i have disconnected it as taste was really bad and after filtration high tds of 430, input tap water was 700.
                3) 99% of time no one picks your call or respond to your emails
                4) product was disconnected on sep 12th and taken back around sep 16th, till now there is no refund.

                I have all the details that can produced in court when ever required.
                Please refund the money of 650/- asap.

                  I have moved to hyderabad from mysore on 5th aug and then placed a request for re-installation of my livpure ro water purifier. Initially, the call centre people said they would have the technician sent in 48 hours. When no response was there for a week, i called up again. They took the address again and said that my address is not matching the pin code that i am stating. I gave all the nearby places and also informed that even on google search, my apartment address is the same. Then they said they will take care. Still there was no response. Then i raised an online complaint/request. Thereafter, someone from bangalore called me and asked when they can come for service. When i said that i am in hyderabad and not in bangalore, they said someone else will contact me from hyderabad. After a couple of weeks, i got a call from livpure customer care whether i am fine with the service. When i told them how frustrated i am and explained the entire story, they apologized and said that they will get it done in 24 hours. But so far nothing has happened. It has been a very sad and frustrating tale of events and now i have vowed never to go with livpure for me, my family and all the people that i know who are looking at livpure products.

                  One thing you and everyone who is thinking of a livpure water purifier should keep in mind that THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANY SLA or ANY PROMISE THEY MADE. These are for the sake of saying only. When they dont respond to a fresh installation service, how can you expect some other service after use from them. SIMPLY THEY DONT CARE.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,


                    On Aug 2018, I have taken appointment from LIVEPURE customer care for maintenance of my LIVEPURE RO touch plus. LIVEPURE representative visited at my address D66, Harsukh Apartment, Plot no. 4, Sector-7, Dwarka on dated 31.08.2019 for servicing of my RO. After completing the service of my RO, representative of Livepure requested me to take AMC of my RO for better serivce. After my conformation livepure representative give me the AMC of amounting Rs 2500/ vide payment receipt 102722 dated 31.08.2018 (copy enclosed) and followings were covered under AMC.

                    1. Replacement of Sediment filter – 02 nos. in 1 year.

                    2. Replacement of carbon filter – 02 nos. in 1 year.

                    3. Replacement of pre filter – 03 nos. in 1 year.

                    As I have taken AMC for my RO, LIVERPURE send the representative on due date for providing 1st service of my RO and replaced the sediment filter 01no., carbon filter 01no., pre filter 01no.

                    Further, LIVPURE send the representative on due date for providing 2nd service against AMC of my RO and replaced the pre filter 01 no.

                    As my 3rd service was due Aug 2019, I have requested LIVEPURE for providing 3rd service of my RO against AMC of my RO. Instead of providing the 3rd due service of my RO, LIVEPURE customer care telephonically replied that AMC of my RO has been expired and no further service can be provided by LIVPURE.

                    In view of the above it is requested kindly provide the 3rd pending service of my RO and replace the sediment filter 01no., carbon filter 01no., pre filter 01no., which is due and not provided by LIVEPURE. Further, If LIVEPURE is unable to provide the 3rd pending service than my refund against replacement of sediment filter 01no., carbon filter 01no., pre filter 01no. may kindly provided to under signed.

                      I have 2 livpure ro and as i wanted to go for amc the company sent their agent from swara enterprises his name sachin patil. I gave a cheque for 13 k and after 7 months no service provided and he is not taking the calls. Registered a complaint with the company and all they send is assurance mails. How can the company cheat their customers. This agent will go on cheating the customers and the company is looking the other way. They said they will call but no call and no answer to the problem.

                        I have raised a complaint on Friday 20-Sep-2019 through IVR, till now not received compliant number in SMS or Email.

                        When I reach customer care they shared compliant number.
                        Every day they are saying "sorry for inconvenience, today evening or tomorrow morning technician will visit and resolve it, we have escalated and taken on priority".

                        Till now technician not visited, I don't understand what does escalate or priority means for Livpure.

                        This is not the first time I'm facing this issue with Livpure.

                            Hi team

                            I had raised a request to check the leakage in pre filter, the technician came and insisted on buying pressure valve instrument costing 1050 rs. This was of local company and not even livpure. When i refused to buy that, he pretended to fix the issue but instead broke my pre filter, then without solving the problem he left. Now leakage is not solved as well as pre filter is broken.

                            Please take strict action and also help to get my issue resolved asap. I had a really bad experience. Call id is js-[protected].

                              Registered complaint on 14 sept through ivr, got sms confirmation about the same on same time. Now livpure is saying my warranty expired on 17 sept and we ll charge servicing charges. I raised sr on 14th dec, as its 365 days customer care support, i must get resolution on 14 or by max 15.

                                  There are numerous occasions where the livpure ro service has faultered. On repeated requests for service and installation they have not reached me. The fraudsters have charged me 5000 for a year free service and not even once came for a single check up. Even there customer care service is fraud not a single number is authentic. Gets disconnected automatically and no facility where a customer can talk one to one. For the last 4 days i'm waiting for my complaint number which they have not even registered till now. Worst company worst ro worst team of professionals.

I was also offered to take amc worth rs. 4500 which we took. However just after he left the building i got a call from someone in livpure namely ""vipin"' where he stated we would like to come for service however when i informed him that it has been done few mins back then he said he might be a fraud service engineer....

                                    Complaint # JS[protected]I have raised the complaint on 03rd Sep, 2019 and the engineer was assigned in the Ghaziabad location. But I reside in Mumbai.
                                    I kept calling the call center and they are unable to help me resolve the issue. Only thing they do is skipping me for the next day mentioning that engineer will be allocated for resolution before next day noon. 8 days passed by and nothing has happened

                                    .Every day I have to arrange myself with the water cans.

                                    It is pathetic that the customer care doesnt bother to reply for the email and the same is the case for escalation request on the website.
                                    Team should respect the customer and help to get out from the situation arise because of their system. But the team is least bothered to help

                                      I purchased Live pure water purifier last year November and its suddenly stopped working.When i contacted customer care they sent an technician who surprised me by saying that there is some problem with the candle and it would need to be replaced which would cost you additional Rs 7000 even if machine is still in 1 year warranty.
                                      I asked him then what is the warranty for?if you are not even covering 1 year but no use.
                                      this is really not acceptable from big brands which promote honest stars like Sachin tendulkar in their ADD.
