[Resolved]  Livpure — Booked FOR 15 days ago still not delivered

After booking Smart RO on Wednesday 22 jun 2022, I still have not received my delivery Since placing the order 15 days ago, I made a compliment, but I only get calls for address verification, so far i have received 5-6 calls, each time they say they will come tomorrow, but no one ever shows up and then ticket will automatically closed.I would like to request a refund if my order has not been received within two days,
As of now, it's enough.

Hello I booked a ro on 29/08/22
But yet I din't got any item,
Yet, today, I mean on 07/09/22,
I had a call that we are anable to provide you item Because it is far from city, when in made a booking I produced all, details, about my residents including zip, code also they were hurry in transfer amount online only, I did transfer from a unknown person how should I get my money back,
