Bought a livpure water purifier from army canteen in Tirunelveli...booked for installation immediately...spoke with the falling number ... 1...[protected] 2...[protected] 3...[protected] 4...[protected] But no one gave proper response...instead they are arguing with the customer... When I called the toll free customer care executive selected the language tamil the person who handled my call is really very bad...I know calls are getting recorded I wish the senior officer please listen to the recorded call u will know how he argued and disconnected my call...he was very rude ...not fit to be an cc executive... The officer from tenkasi called and said it is not our limits...we will not come...an other officer from Nagercoil called and said the same reason...my house is in between both the cities ( kalakkad) ... If livpure cannot send a person for fitting then why give fake promise...why deliver it Tirunelveli...
