Livpure — Cus Care gave me false information and made me do the payment | |
Hi Team, I am Suyog Sharma I had seen the purifier rental add on FB and I signed up smoothly after that I got the call from one of your representative saying that I should make the payment. I am from bangalore and my pin code is 562157 so when I got the call once again I confirmed with the rep that is it avaiable on the particular pin code, he told there is no issue and carry on with the payment and will be delivered within 48 hrs, Idid make the payment and now after making the payment no one came to deliver after 48 hrs i tried calling your Cus Care but no one responded again after 5 days I calld up your Cus Care because no one came to install, the I came to know from the cus care that there is no delivery on this particular pin code. Kindly requesting you all to be proffessional and provide the correct information. This is really not excepted. Was this information helpful? | |
