[Resolved] Livpure — installation and warranty service

I had bought this purifier in Aug 17. while shifted to new place I requested for removal reinstallation of the purifier. waited for 5-6 days, finally removed it on my own. and now I m waiting for last one for installation of the set. customer care says, you'll get call in next 48 hrs, but no response so far. warranty service of the set is so overdue sine last march.

I request them to buy back the set even on reduced price. Pathetic experience so far.

Updated by nidhimahindroo One engineer visited today who could only put two nails in wall and hang the purifier and told me to get a plumber for water connection and electrician for connection. Great service.
