I have raised a compliant JS[protected] 3 days back till now technican not attended.
I tried to reach customer care it is always busy so I sent escalation message from livpure website.
Till now no reply from livpure.
I don't know what is the SLA once a compliant is raised, please share your information.
When can technician attend and resolve this issue.
