[Resolved] Livpure — livpure fraud - penalizing customer more than 1 month (aug/2019

I had raised a service request on 17th aug wherein a service engineer came in and provided the service. I was also offered to take amc worth rs. 4500 which we took. However just after he left the building i got a call from someone in livpure namely ""vipin"' where he stated we would like to come for service however when i informed him that it has been done few mins back then he said he might be a fraud service engineer. My question is: if i raised a request on your toll-free no#[protected] then how can someone else visited who is claiming to be not your vendor or service engineer. I raised this complaint on your company's no so if someone else came in that is your information breach as someone hacked your system and customer is nothing to do with it.
Though we have tried reaching out to him on the numbers mentioned on the attached bill given by him: [protected] & [protected] however he didn't turn up and since then we have been raising complaints and getting several js numbers. Here are the complaint no's raised and no response till now: [protected]/[protected]/[protected]
My ro is not working from last 1 month or so and i have called your customer care desk numerous times but every time we called they said he have escalated the issue and it will be fixed in 24 to 48 hours but till not we are surviving without ro water.
More to add, even though some of your ee's namely 'vipin/vinay thakur or ankit (From gurugram hq)""""""called and assured it will be fixed in few hours however nothing got happened and we are struggling to get it fixed. Being a customer of livpure i am not sure why are you harassing your customers, when there is a no-fault from our side and it is all because of your breach of information which were passed on to someone who is not claiming not to be your vendor.
I have paid amc cost and i need this issue to be fixed on the highest priority else will be taking some legal action against livpure and mgmt/founders including mr. Sachin who is a brand ambassador so that he gets to know what kind of fake service livpure is giving to the customers.
Today as well i called the customer service desk and akash (Re) told me that this will be fixed before eod today. So if this doesn't get fixed i will be forced to take some""""legal action by filing a complaint in police station followed by customer court""" as you are only harassing a customer when he is not at all customers fault.
I am attaching some proofs which we some collated of that person who visited our house for serving the ro and took my hard earns money (Rs. 4500). Below is your company email where i have filed this complaint today as i have no option left since your company staff is so unprofessional and didn't help a customer who is suffering from this pain.
Also to mention here, if by any chance any of my family members get diagnosed with any infection due to bad water then i will be claiming that on livpure as they are forcing us to use unfiltered water which may impact our health to observing o[censored]nfiltered water.
Note: we raised complaint on your toll-free no so you are responsible for each and everything and this is non of my business if someone else came in for completing the service request as we have been receiving phone calls from your customer service desk informing that engineer will be coming shortly so he came. Since it is breach of customer personal information which may lead to any future issue as an unauthorized person knows our house so it will be an another issue of customer serucity as livpure leaked this information to someone who is not your vendor/employee.
So i urge you to fix this asap as it been more than 1 month now and i am not getting any help support from anyone in livpure and it is started impacting my parent's heath.
