[Resolved] Livpure — livpure guy not attending service since one month for amc service

I have taken AMC . They said it covers 4 years.

They came for service couple of times when filter not working now they stopped coming.
They are not attending service for the Livpure.

I complained multiple times and response from customer care is that they will arrange but never got any service engineer for work.
please resolve this as soon as possible.
