[Resolved] Livpure — Livpure RO purifier | |
Water purifier was serviced in the month Feb-20, it got into same problem in month of March, due to Covid19 I couldn't raise the call. After multiple attempts I managed to raise the call on 18th may 2020 Ticket JS-[protected], Customer service promised it will get handled in 2 days but its been 15 days no response from them I called them almost 7 times and service engineer more than 10 times no response from both of them Following are issues with Livpure 1. Customer care calls lands to only Hindi language irrespective of language selection 2. Executives cut the call if we try to speak in English 3. Wait time to get customer care is more than 15 minutes 4. Customer care executive promised they will assign different engineer but never did. 5. Finally my calls are not getting connected to customer care even if i wait for 30 minutes Was this information helpful? | |
