[Resolved] Livpure — livpure smart not working from 3 months and no one coming for service | |
I have taken livpure smart - the rental one and paid for the entire year. 3 months back the water stopped coming from the machine and i contacted the customer care and they told the service guy can't come because of lockdown. Now that the lockdown is relaxed and people are going to servicing livpure normal machines and not livpure smart ones, i don't understand why is that happening. I am spending triple the amount of buying cans and other water sources now. I want either the money i had to spend in these days to be reimbursed or i want the repair to happen immediately or i want the machine to be taken off and give me back the amount i paid extra Was this information helpful? | |
