[Resolved]  Livpure — livpure smart rented ro service

I have rented a ro through there livpure smart service. Its a payable water service. I have replaced all my old water services like water can etc. As i opted a rented ro. Now i have made a recharge to refill the water. Its not showing in the app the updated litres also i am with no water from past two days. They dont even reply and pick call on customer care. I havent felt this helpless in my entire life. I live alone and i am without drinking water from past two days. I had to drink tap water, whats the point to have an ro. I wonder what if it happens to old person or a pergnant women. I have made the recharged two time.
