Received the above message on 25th June, which was close to 1 month since I had a problem with water dispersal with my Livepure. After a month of trials of reaching to customers care ( which very strangely used to & still gets disconnected the moment I get connected to a customer care executive post a hr long wait). Finally I was able to register my complaint and an executive was assigned. I was told that the pump needed to be replaced and would take a week long to replace as he had to place a request @ store. It’s been more than a month, frequent follow-up, escalation remainders, etc., still the issue persists. Was this information helpful? | |
