I did my full payment for titanium 12 months subscription plan on may 25th i. E. More than 10 days now. They enever respond to emails or phone calls. After calling into their customer care [protected] for about 50 times, i was lucky to get hold of the agent on june 2nd who promised me that water purifier would get installed on june 4th without fail. I asked her what is the guarantee and she hung up on me.
I kept calling them again on june 3rd & today for another 50 times but i am in a queue every time i call into their customer care number and the ivr says - all the customer care executives are busy at the moment, please leve a message and we will get back to you at the earliest.
They never returned my call nor did they respond to my emails. They generate auto-ticket and provide the url of it. I checked the status and there is no update on the ticket# 169933.
I started to believe that this they are scammers. I've patient at my home and i cannot afford any delays in getting myself this ro.
We opt this subscription based water purifier because we cannot afford to buy one. I also chose this because they are using schin tendulkar as their brand partner.
They are spoiling & cheating everyone. Below are the details of my invoice of titanium 12 months subscription plan.
