[Resolved] Livpure — no solution for the problem, if customer has taken amc for 3 years | |||
This is not for the first time, if the ro is having any issue then technician is not going to change the part until n unless you fight with the customer care. I took 3 years amc and paid 7500/- for that amc. Still they argued a lot to change the part. Many times technician says that u had taken amc therefore we have to answer a lot to the company therefore we are not in the condition to change the part. Worst experience... Still struggling after 4 complaints, technician is not ready to change the part of ro. Even he is not picking the phone of mine... Very worst experience... Don’t ever go for livpure ro.
