[Resolved] Livpure — online order not dispatched and no information

I have made payment online on livpure.com website on 01.06.2019 for Livpure Brahma Gravity Water Purifier and payment made thru credit card. order reference id is LV129085997673155937406. After that i have no information of dispatch of water purifier and Livpure customer care numbers are useless and always says "our customer care executives are busy, you are important to us, please wait" and if we call land line, employess will lift and reply that we will check and call you. but there will be no return call. I am happy but the whole situation is due to dedicate customer care number is to be there. information is very important in online trasactions. LivPure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
