[Resolved] Livpure — Pathetic service by livpure not ready to provide services | |||||
Hi all, My name is sumeet. i have purchased livpure brahma 5 stage (non electric water purifire). I purchased it on may 16 since first day there was very small leakage but we were not able to detect it, we through its tap leakage. this leakage is now increasing day by day. I requested for services (js[protected]) on 26th july to check this defective product. it’s more than 10 days i haven’t received any service from livpure. i was given contact details maharashtra service provide & branch manager but even they are not interested to even check the product. i am staying in kasarwadi, pune area which is in municipal corporation so i don’t have to pay for service visit but dealer asking for services charges for visit. Customer service supervisor & agent had promised me to provide service at no cost, supervisor of livpure don’t even care to callback & check the matter to resolve. I believe livpure is not interested to provide customer satisfaction, they want me to use defective with no service. i made mistake by choosing livpure. Was this information helpful? | |||||
