On 04.6.19, My Livpure smart purifier has stopped working and its storage tank is not filling, machine is under warranty, Next Morning on 05.06.19 I had registered service complaint Call ID . JS-[protected]. Which is allocated to Mr. Masood Khan[protected] Hyderabad & when i tried to contact him, his mobile was getting switch off. Next Morning on 06.06.19, I informed that same to service center they given me assurance it will be attended today, also given me area head mobile number of Kalvala Satyam [protected], He has also given same assurance of early attending of problem .On 07.06.19 evening when no one came for attending, i have again tried to contact Satyam Ji, he didn't lifted phone and got switch off after some time. The problem again escalated to service center on 08.06.19 morning but they again told me case is open and will forwarded it again. after that on 09.06 & 10.06 no one call me & contact me. In last 6 days i have to purchase water from market for my family My problem is still not taken care . Very pathetic response. kindly do the need full, Was this information helpful? |
