[Resolved] Livpure — Product not installed | |
Ro has been delivered to my home and waiting for installation for more than 5 days. I got ro on 21st may, then i got a call on 22 nd evening, for installation next day. I did wait for whole day, no one came and no other info (Like installation person number) has been given. Then on 24 th may, i got another call and they ask my availability, i said i will be in home, then the installation person has called me in evening and asked for my location detail and told me he will come next day after 2 pm. I have called him around 2 pm next day, the ring was going but he is not picking. I tried multiple times and also dropped some messages also, but no response i got from installation person. Then around 5 pm i tried calling customer care, and they tolde it's holiday that's why person has not come. I told them that those guys only said that they will come today. And atleast when i am calling he should pick up and tell that he will not come. Why waste other times. Today also i am waiting but, i guess in vain. I don't want to compalain like this but i didn't have any other option. I request either take your machine back and refund my money. If this is your idea of service, i don't need it.
