Hi, I purchased annual amc package for livepure ro last year with quarterly servicing of ro. It's been more than 2 months servicing enginner hasn't come to service the ro despite of following up with him: Please find the below details: Dear customer: as promised free preventive maintenance service of livpure ro is due with call id js-[protected] call closure code xxxxx allocated for[protected] to mangesh gupta[protected] faridabad, [protected]. Plz give an appointment when engineer call. Do not share closure code till service is done. Please call [protected] for any query.
