I had taken a monthly subscription from Livpure for providing me clean drinking water (Registered number - [protected], Name - Shreyans Mehta, email id - [protected]@hotmail.com). I had over 400 litres of balance remaining in my account. At the time of initiation of the service they advertised and mentioned that seamless service will be provided and in case of shifting the maximum time will be 48 hours.
I raised a relocation request on 13th June and had to make several calls just for them to pickup the machine from my old place, which took 4 days for them to arrange a pickup.
The installation which should have been happened in 24-48 hours is still pending since 25 days now.
Despite regular calls from my end no progress has been done from LivPure's side and the response from their customer care team is that 'it will take 1 more day for Livpure to install this (same response since the last 10 days and still no sign of any service)' I am repeatedly told the same story that there is technical glitch (at Livpure's end) and they need 1 day's time for the delivery. The customer care team has never been able to get this cleared nor have they ever even initiated a callback (despite assuring that I will receive a callback in 30 minutes or even 10 minutes after each call).
It is monsoon already in Mumbai and I am having a hard time to arrange clean drinking water for my family by any means myself (which was the basic promise by Livpure) with 0 support from LivPure's end.
Still with no sign of any service from LivPure, I have made over 20 calls to their customer care and spent hours on the calls with no fruitful response from their side. Their customer care team at times has put the calls on long hold and disconnected the call and I need to explain the issue (which is their service negligence) to each of their members every time.
Despite all this the only communication from their end is for the disconnection of service due to non-payment (even when the RO was not installed at my place).
This has caused really extreme mental anguish, trouble and distress to me as a basic service (promised and advertised by LivPure) is not being provided with such significant negligence.
