My 2 years ACMC got expired on 15th Jan 2023 and I have purchased another 1 year Online RO ACMC on 11th Apr being insisted by your customer care paying Rs 4399.While purchasing the warrenty it was ensured to me by your customer support team that all filters RO Carbon Filter, sediment filter, DI Cartridges, RO membran, external filter all are replaceable within warrenty. Earlier During service visit by your technician on Dec 2022 I was informed everything is perfectly fine in the filter.
Post activation confirmation of ACMC by customer care I had raised a complaint for service. But on visit technician now told me that suddenly 5 of the filters need to be replaced and denied service saying he cannot do this under 1year ACMC and forcing me to buy 2 years ACMC.
Regarding this I have called customer care numerous times.even talked to area incharge, senior people from AMC department for a resolution but all I get every call is that it will be resolved by EOD. Now I got response that AMC department is awaiting response from service department.
Facing this harassment from Livpure service for last 5-6 days and problem with drinking water, I came to know of 3 options from AMC department personnel :
1. Buy 2 years ACMC
2. Service to be provided upon approval from higher management
3. Full refund of the amount paid by me for the ACMC
Obviously I won't be taking option 1 following the pathetic customer experience and fraudulent sales and service by Livpure.
So I ask for either provide me the service with the existing ACMC immediately or refund the full amount paid by me .
Inspite of my numerous call, mail to customer care still now I haven't received any resolution. Service Request no : JS-[protected]
I am totally disappointed by the @livepure services .
