[Resolved] Livpure — unsatisfactory service | |||
I have made compresive maintenance contract with livepure for my envy+ water purifier. Last two times, i told at the time of booking serivce request as well as to service engineer that taste of water has changed, tap has broken and there is leakage of water. But, they say that next time engineer will do. No engineer come forward to solve the problem. I have paid rs.11000 for serivce contract against new machine cost is rs.14000/-. Still they are not give attentiion to our requests. I need to take up the matter with consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
