[Resolved]  Livpure — water purifier / I am complaining about not purifying properly

I bought the livpure waterpufier in September 2017. In April 2018 one local engineer from livpure came and changed one part(RO filter ) in Purifier with free of cost when I complained that water taste is bad after purifying. Again I have complained for the same reason water taste is bad so that now again another local engineer came and said that part(RO filter) is not working and you have to change the filter with cost of 2500rs . For that I asked them with in three months how it(RO filter) gone and also why I have to pay in with in the warrenty. They did not respond to my issue properly.

Hello., before you chase us for the charges, let me know if your purifier is suitable to work with water in our area. We really felt your purifier gives fault for every 2-3 months and observed that other Vendor's purifier in our nearby homes works well for more than a year. The most irritating part is that whenever we call your support persons for issues., you end up charging us for repair which doesn't withstand for 3 months.

Hello Livpure Team...Do you have any update on my purifier problem what i have chased from last one and half month. I did not understand what is happening in giving the solution for my issue. Since last Saturday (18th August) afternoon your technician came changed the RO membrane and taken the happy code as well My signature. Again that day evening he came back to my home and removed the newly changed RO membrane and replaced with old membrane and taken my raw water in bottle after that there is no update through email as well call. It is very horrible.. I haven't seen this type of customer support anywhere. 

Finally I am asking one question you guys whether I will get the solution for my issue???????????

I dont know why guys are not responding to mails as well as for my comments in Consumer complaints porum.i thought you are waiting for product(Purifier) warranty get expire soon. I am chasing you from last one month for solution but you guys were not answered to my questions also.
How the customers will satisfy if you providing this type of customer support.

Hello livpure team.. The issue was happened when the product was in warranty.. You guys waited until product warranty expiration date then replied that your product is out of warranty.

Excellent customer service from livpure.. I never seen this type of service in any company products
