[Resolved] Livpure — water purifier stopped working within a week | |||||
We purchased livpure water purifier pro+ in april 2018 and on 14th april installation happened. Within a week after installation, water purifier suddenly stopped working. Sometime it works and sometime it doesn't. We raised first complaints on 22nd april and on 28th apriil service guy came and that time water purifier was working. So he said wires are loose. Again a day after this, we're facing the same issue. Sometime water purifier works and sometime it doesn't. What's the solution of this? Who is responsible for this?
