We signed contract with livspace bangalore to do interior for our 2 bhk. This was basic stuff no fancy work. Work was shoddy, with inexplicable delays and no prior notice due to which we had to extend our stay in rented house while paying emi. Even now after having moved in the work is not completed and there is no commitment to any deadline from livspace. We paid in full (A huge sum for a middle class family like ours) 3 months back believing them to be professional. We are struggling with our decision. They charge more on the basis on project management, processes etc. But they have none in place. Even the customer complaint is useless as no one takes action. I am hoping the consumer forum will help create some awareness and help address such unprofessional service providers please. Was this information helpful? |
