Lloyd — 50"led: panel broken by company technician | |||
I had backlight issue in my 50"lloyd led tv. Technical came alone and while lifting panel he broke down it. I had paid 8500₹ just for backlight. After this service agency told me that they would replace the panel. After 2 months of period he was saying i'll replace whole tv but give me extra ₹10k. I paid him ₹5k by cheque. And now after 3 and half months he is saying i can not replace tv. I have spent over 13500₹ and waited for around 3 and half months but still my issue has not been resolved.
