Dear Sir, Regret to write about terrible service process and team, I bought 1Tr. Lloyd make split AC in April 2016. Initially in the month of May we realized AC is not cooling properly. We registered complaint in Lloyd customer care. Service engineer attended call and top us the gas by saying that there was a minor leakage in line. Subsequently same complaint was launched in the month of June, July, August, September and October. Every time service engineer used to attend call and rectified the problem. Later in March 2017, again we registered complaint for cooling problem. Service engineer came and told the cooling coil needs to be repair. This was also noticed that cooling coil was not properly fitted at the time of installation. From 20th March 2017 complaint was ongoing till 20th June 2017. Every second day a new story used to be conveyed by service head MR. NARESH MOB.: +91 [protected]. Excuses was like Cooling coil needs to be repair. Cooling coil has given for repair will take 10 days. Your product is out of warranty, can’t be processed. New cooling coil is not available with company. Blower has been broken on site, hence Lloyd is not responsible. (Broken by lloyd service engineer) Required blower is not available. After 90 days horrifying service quality, finally AC was fixed. But complaint was not resolved. Swing lock which was again broken by Lloyd service engineer has not been replaced till the date. Above mentioned issue was escalated to Mr. Pankaj Agarwal Mob.: 91-[protected](Regional Service Head) on regular basis by us and Channel partner (distributer). But there was no such response. I request to Lloyd service team, please look in to this matter and improve service qualities. Customer is incurring his hard earn money for his convenience, not for mental torture which Lloyd gave. Please check my ac it is new only two months back I had purchase. Now it giving very bad sound.it is painful. Please sir check it once. My phone is [protected]. Call me.
