Lloyd — Break down my ac from last 20 days

My AC last 20 days back break down, I am call to service Centre and complained but still my problem not Solved. We have patiently waited for last 15 days and its really painful to see my 70yrs + parents suffer this way in this scorching heat. Requesting the entire team to please be professional and show little humanity and responsibility towards their customers...
