Lloyd — Failed to give demo for installation in time | |||||
Failed to give demo or installation I have purchased a portable AC on 29th March.2017. And after that the dealer delivered to my house saying that tomorrow I'll will send technician. I was waiting for someone should come and attend. 2 days passed no one has attended 3rd day someone is calling on the mobile asking my address. I was driving at time I pick up the phone and told him please take the address from the dealer I am driving. After I reached home I had called that technician, he says that he's having a lunch .I said okay after finish your lunch call me. From that onward till now no one bothered to call me. Today 1month and 6 days passed. I called to the customer care they gave the mobile numbers to give these persons I have called to these personal but no good response. One of the technician who's name is Mahedev was talking to me very rudd shouting on the phone as if I am animal. I don't like the service of Lloyd person's are not helpful not coordinating. Now I don't want this product. This product is still lying in my house with a box unused conditions. I request Lloyd to take it back in a immediately. Please consider it's a priority.
