We purchased the lloyd ac on March and havent used AC till then. We started using it in June and within 4-5 days, the ac was giving hot air. There was a leakage in the condensor. That was still fine because electronics item might get faulty.
We tried contacting the customer care multiple times but still no one has information on when the part will be delivered. Everyone raises the request on priority but nothing happens. It is now 15 days that the part has not been delivered. God knows when the servicing will take place and if the fault doesn't go away with that then again how much time it will take.
Being a middle class family, we have purchased AC for the hot and humid months, and we are not able to use it in those months. If the servicing can be improved then only deliver ACs in the market. Being Havells brand, we considered the worth of the product but it has really led us down from both the product point of view and servicing.
Please have a look at the issue on priority and provide us new AC so that no new problem occur in that and we don’t have to wait for a such a long time to get serviced.
