Lloyd — faulty split air conditioner | |
On March 21, 2018, I purchased a split airconditioner Lloyd Brand from a local retailer Venu's Digital Arcade in Thrissur and the same was installed after two days by Lloyd's technician. The outdoor unit was making too much noise when tested for the first time and the technician said the same will be replaced. We made a complaint to Lloyd as well to the dealer. Two separate people came after two days and inspected the air conditioner and said the same is faulty. Even after repeated calls to both the dealer and the company, no one came no replacement was given. When you make a complaint, the company will send you a code (KKG code) which shall not give to the technician unless you are satisfied with the service, The code was tactfully taken from me on the telephone saying that the complaint is long pending and you make a fresh complaint. The new code was also taken from me saying that they have instructed the dealer to send a replacement. Today when I contacted the dealer, they are saying that they will not replace the air conditioner, but will repair it only. I am waiting for more than a month, till today no replacement was given.
