Dear Sir/Mam,

This is to reference the service ID mentioned above, regarding the Lloyd AC

Serial Number - 87LAG09J00099

Stating the complaint, that i had received a call from Karaikal authorised service on 13th of August 2022 at 10:04 am today as requested. On the call, She asked me first to share the KKG code for start the process. I had given that code to her as requested. But later on i come to know that i am not supposed to share after the completion of service satisfaction. The tecnical person who called up and said, will be reaching within 10 minutes. I was waited for half an hour for the same. Then after I called again, asked him as you promised for 10 minutes . But he said will take another 2 to 3 hrs . I had called the service center incharge stating the issue so and so explained that was not being punctual and not maintained the timings as well. It was very disgusting me when the service center incharge replies for what I requested for the.same. He was not the right way to treat me when I was really needed.

I was very fed-up with these things which happened since in the morning.

Finally the technician came to my home at 2:25pm and he started to open the panel first, then he removed the air filter from the indoor unit. After that dipped into the water and fixed it as well. Even though he haven't cleaned properly, he was consumed just 3 minutes to done this process. He said the the first service has been completed for just 3 minutes. Actually I told him that there is some noise while running the AC, the exact issue was not sorted out by him which i already requested. May i know this is how the first free service would be done in just 3 minutes..? I was extremely fed-up with technician as well as service center incharge person.

Worst experience i have never ever seen like this.

After five days, on the day 18th of August 2022 i had received a call from the person who belongs to Lloyd ac service center Karaikal, the guy simply asked what else you want? I thought he would've asked a simple apologies for what happened that day which was
felt worst experience and disgusted about the way of process done with us. I told him that am going to raise the complaint on consumer forum for simply refusing my words and also he says ok okay which was very disgusting me.

I had raised request for the same in Lloyd customer care. But there was no response after five days over.

So kindly take an appropriate action for inappropriate behaviour where the service center person refused to give proper service as well as proper response as requested.
